Stabilization & MITIGATION

  1. We assess health and safety conditions such as environmental and structural issues.

    Safety is key: we make the same recommendations as if our own family's health were at stake.
  2. We use industry standard best practices to stabilize the property in instances of fire, water, earthquake, and accidents.
  3. We perform clean up and debris removal.


  1. We help you navigate the claims process with your insurance company and mortgage company.
  2. We build an itemized scope of work and send it to the insurance company, using industry standard estimating software—the same programs the insurance companies use.
  3. We work with property owners and the insurer representatives to negotiate a scope of work fair for all parties.
  4. We coordinate reconstruction repairs.


  1. Your Revive Restoration project manager assigns an onsite superintendent who will be the main point of contact during reconstruction.
  2. Superintendent creates job schedules, supervises construction trades, assists with material selection, and quality control.
  3. We pull required permits, get sign offs and approvals.
  4. Reconstruction begins.

Completion / Hand Off / Move In

  1. Establish quality control and punch list via walk through with owner.
  2. Address punch list items and quality control issues.
  3. Final cleaning.
  4. Complete final paper work to close the claim.
