Cameron Broumand is responsible for the guiding the vision, growing the business, and building the brand at Revive Restoration. Cameron is responsible for building the company's workforce and taking it to scale. Long term, Cameron's vision is to create a more efficient and transparent industry. For the last five years Cameron has worked in the construction business, buying, rehabbing, and selling more than 300 homes. He is also the founding owner of Sushi Nozawa LLC, with 10 restaurants with 2 successful concepts (Sugarfish and Kazunori) in Los Angeles. His entrepreneurial approach in scaling up the business to 250 employees and rolling out these concepts is invaluable as he fulfills the same objectives at Revive Restoration. Cameron graduated from USC with a degree in business with an emphasis on entrepreneurship.
Victor Trejo's 20 years experience with major commercial restoration companies in Southern California enables him to find workable solutions for the most complicated of losses. His unique expertise in structural issues and shoring directly related to fire, flood, and earthquake, combined with his long-standing relationships with city and county inspectors, are crucial in resolving the most complicated reconstruction challenges safely and cost effectively. Victor brings tremendous resources to the table with a deep network of labor and specialty trades, which means Revive Restoration can bring the most qualified crews to your property in a timely manner.
Sef started in the construction industry in 2002 and graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Engineering Management. He started working for a design-build real estate developer, OPUS West Construction and moved on to expand his skill-set in the residential field working for a nationally recognized home-builder, Pulte Homes. He then worked in varying roles in Project Management for 8 years with C.W. Driver, a premier commercial general contractor in Southern California building multi-million-dollar, award-winning ground up projects. His project background is diverse working with land development and residential teams, to commercial construction with an expertise in new ground-up education and LEED accredited projects. Additionally, Sef worked as a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager coordinating 3D MEPF overhead systems on various projects with CWD. His experience with design teams, contractors, developers and homeowners contributes to his customer service skillset. Just prior to Sef’s new role as Director of Construction, Sef served as a Senior Building Consultant for YOUNG & Associates on a variety of fire, water, structural and environmental losses in commercial, high-end residential and builders risk claims. This recent experience transitions and lends itself well into Sef’s new role with our growing firm. Sef has expanded his skill-set to include WRT, FSRT and OCT certification from the IICRC.
Tyler Hampton has over 11 years of experience in the restoration industry; managing environmental, restoration and reconstruction projects of all sizes in residential, commercial & industrial structures. He started his career as a Restoration Technician and quickly rose through the ranks. Prior to his role as Executive Vice President at Revive Restoration, Tyler served in a variety of roles, to include: National Project Director, Regional Project Manager, Branch Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Superintendent, Project Coordinator, Restoration Supervisor & Restoration Technician Tyler is certified through Xactware as an Xactimate Certified Trainer (XCT) and has been in the trainer program for over 6 years. He’s earned twelve of the major IICRC certifications. His experience and certifications cover all aspects of the restoration industry .
With over 40 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, along with considerable knowledge with emergency service procedures acquired through years of project management, Larry Hampton’s consulting abilities and expertise are exceptional. Prior to joining J.S Held Incorporated in 2010, Mr. Hampton was involved in a multitude of construction projects including multi-million dollar custom homes, apartment and condominium buildings, tract housing, commercial tilt-up construction and office building construction. Mr. Hampton was Branch manager for several large restoration contractors in California and Arizona, responsible for all aspects of repairs including estimating, construction, mold remediation, dry down, asbestos abatement and quality control. In addition to his broad construction experience, Mr. Hampton has comprehensive involvement in restoration and mitigation service, and has managed numerous projects of considerable damage resultant of fire, water and natural disaster. Mr. Hampton’s extended experience within the industry provides great insight for the investigations/ consultations of various types of property damage. .
